Returns Policy

Product

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. This means that the item must be unworn and unused, have any tags and contain the original packaging.Damage to the racket incurred during play will not be refunded.

This means that if your racket is damaged during a game of padel, the cost of repairing or replacing the racket will not be covered by Sporta. Players are responsible for their own rackets and any damage to them.

In case of damage

Take a picture of the blade, sides, frame and grip of the racket. The damage must be clearly visible. For any other product, take pictures of the damage. Send an e-mail to info@sportanederland.nl, including the pictures taken of the returned product.
